Can I just walk in for a massage?
No – we work strictly by appointment only. Please TEXT us in advance to reserve your preferred time. We do not accept walk-ins.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and therapist are available – especially during evenings and weekends. Same-day appointments are possible depending on availability.
How long is a massage session?
Our standard sessions are 30, 60 or 90 minutes. We’ll always make sure you get the full time.
What should I wear or bring?
Just come as you are. We provide everything – fresh towels, oils, and a calm space to unwind. You can undress to your comfort level, and our therapists will always ensure you feel secure and respected.
Where are you located?
We have two central London locations:
Baker Street & Chancery Lane
Easy access from public transport and open daily 11:00 – 21:00.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Nature of the Business
The premises operate as a massage studio providing room rental facilities for independent massage practitioners.
The management does not provide massage services, does not control how treatments are performed, and does not participate in any client sessions.

2. Independent Practitioners (Self-Employed)
All therapists working on the premises are self-employed independent contractors.
Each practitioner:
• operates their own business
• sets their own availability
• is fully responsible for the services they provide
• is responsible for their own tax and legal obligations
The management does not employ, manage, or supervise therapists.

3. Room Rental
Therapists rent private treatment rooms on a short-term basis together with reception support, which operates on behalf of and at the request of the independent therapist.
Room rental fees and reception support fees are completely separate from and independent of any services provided to clients.

4. Responsibility for Services
Each therapist is solely responsible for:
• the massage techniques they offer
• maintaining professional boundaries
• client interaction and consent
• compliance with UK laws and regulations
The studio does not influence or advertise individual treatment practices.

5. No Sexual Services Policy
The studio operates strictly as a massage and relaxation environment.
• No sexual services are advertised or provided by the studio
• Any inappropriate behaviour or requests are not tolerated
• Sessions may be terminated immediately at the therapist’s discretion

6. Age Requirement
All clients and practitioners must be 18 years of age or over.
Valid identification may be requested.

7. Images and Marketing Materials
Any images used for marketing:
• are provided voluntarily by independent practitioners
• are used with their consent
• remain the intellectual property of the individual practitioner
The studio does not guarantee the availability of any specific therapist.

8. Conduct on the Premises
Respectful behaviour is required at all times.
The studio reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate access to the premises in cases of:
• aggressive behaviour
• intoxication
• inappropriate conduct
• breach of these terms

9. Limitation of Liability
The studio is not liable for:
• services provided by independent practitioners
• personal agreements between client and therapist
• any disputes arising during or after sessions

10. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the premises, renting a room or booking a session, clients and practitioners confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
